01Who may use it

The platform is for people AutoPro Nashville authorizes: its employees, and anyone else AutoPro allows, for AutoPro’s business. Using it means you accept these terms and the Confidentiality and Acceptable Use Notice.

02Your name on the record

Every checkout, inspection, receipt, release and override is recorded under a name. Use your own. Signing as somebody else, or letting somebody sign as you, puts a false name on a permanent record.

AutoPro may review what is recorded, including who checked keys out, who released a vehicle and every override, and use it to run the business.

03Who owns what

AutoPro’s information, its vehicles, customers, deals, people and records, belongs to AutoPro.

04What you may not do

  • Copy, download, export, photograph or record the platform or anything in it for use outside your work at AutoPro.
  • Share your access, or show the platform to anyone outside AutoPro.
  • Copy, recreate, reverse engineer or take apart the software, or build anything from it.
  • Get around a control, a limit or a record the platform keeps.
  • Use it, or anything in it, for another business or for yourself.

05Outside services

Some information comes from outside services, such as VIN decoding from NHTSA and weather from the National Weather Service. It is shown as those services provide it.

06Availability

The platform is provided as it is and as it is available. AutoPro may change it, pause it or end it, and may suspend anybody’s access, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, neither AutoPro nor Paddock20 is liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the platform.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
