Confidentiality and Acceptable Use

01What is confidential

The platform was built for AutoPro Nashville by Paddock20. The software itself, its screens, design, workflows and code, is proprietary and confidential.

So is everything in it: vehicles, customers, deals, prices, keys, people, and anything about AutoPro’s partners, affiliates and vendors.

02What you may do

Use it for your job at AutoPro, and share what is in it with the people at AutoPro whose work needs it.

03What you may not do

• Copy, download, export, photograph or screenshot it, or anything in it, for use outside your work.
• Share your access, or show it to anyone outside AutoPro.
• Take any part of it, or any AutoPro information, with you when you leave.
• Try to copy, recreate or reverse engineer the software.
• Use it, or anything in it, for yourself or for another business.

04Access is part of the job

Access comes with your role at AutoPro and ends when your role does. What you do in the platform is recorded under your name.

Misuse may lead to discipline, up to and including the end of your employment, and to legal action.

05Your other agreements

This notice sits alongside any agreement or policy you signed with AutoPro. It does not replace them.
